​To get the best life out of activewear and swimwear we recommend following the instructions below:

~ Gently hand wash in a small amount of body wash in cold or warm water.
~ Rinse under a tap and squeeze water out gently.
~ Do Not rub or wring.
~ Roll loosely in a dry towel and pat to absorb excess water.
~ Remove from towel and hang to dry out of sunlight.

If you choose to wash items in the washing machine we would suggest turning them inside out and washing them alone on a quick gentle cycle with a spin of no more than 800rpm.
(Using a washing machine may damage or loosen any crystals and reduce the lifespan of the fabrics and their shine.)
