ORDERS

We offer a very large range of styles and sizes, and therefore can't keep stock of every combination.

Most of our items are made to order to the measurements in the sizing chart, or as requested by the customer.
Sale items are in stock and ready to post.

MANUFACTURING TIMES: 
NOVEMBER/DECEMBER - it's our crazy busy time leading up to Christmas and longer manufacturing times will apply. Below are ESTIMATES only and may take longer depending on our current volume of orders.

If you have chosen CHRISTMAS DELIVERY - your order will be Christmas Gift Boxed and may be shipped any time up until December 20th. Orders WILL arrive in time for Christmas.

1-3 items is currently estimated at 5-12 business days.
  • If you have an order that is required by a specific date you will need to discuss this with us at the time of purchase so we can make sure it is possible to have it arrive in time.
    If you don't tell us, there is no way for us to know!
  • Larger sized orders of 4-6 items is approximately 2-4 weeks.
  • Bulk orders - please discuss time estimate based on your order size and required date.

(Orders are manufactured and sent out in the fastest time possible. These times are estimates only and may vary based on the current volume of orders, fabric stock and order size). 

Orders placed after 4pm will be calculated from the next business day.

As orders are instantly booked and fabric ordered or cut, we do not do cancellations or refunds.

**October-December - Christmas & end of year concerts are one of the busiest times and longer manufacturing times may apply.

In some instances an Urgent Order fee of $15 (per item) may apply for rush orders requested to be completed urgently, plus Express Postage is required.​ 

 

BULK ORDERS

Large quantity and club orders may take 4-16 weeks depending on your order size, fabric stock and our current order volume.
Bulk orders and alterations to orders need to be finalised by the beginning of October as we do limited manufacturing of these during the busy November/December period.

Please contact us first if you require an item urgently or need a bulk order.

Orders placed via email with an invoice issued manually will be invoiced using the prices listed on the website.

* Items already listed on the website as bulk/multiple item packages are not eligible for further discount.
