Standard Post is $9.95 estimated at 4-8 business days + production time.
Express Post is $14.95 estimated at 1-3 business days + production time.
Postage is Flat Rate so fill up your parcel!!

New Zealand:
Standard Post is $17.95 estimated at 4-8 business days + production time.
Express Post is $34.95 estimated at 1-3 business days + production time.

Express Post is postage only and NOT Express Service.

There is a large volume of parcels going through Australia Post and orders may take longer than estimated. 
PLEASE BE PATIENT, THEY WILL ARRIVE!

All postage times advised are estimated by Australia Post and are business days only.
They do not include weekends or public holidays.
We have done our best to advise of the current delivery times that are estimated by Australia Post. With their high parcel volumes, further delivery delays by Australia Post are possible and out of our control.

SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
You will need to contact Australia Post to investigate any delivery issues.
If an order goes missing during shipping and is not delivered, a replacement or refund will only be issued once we receive written confirmation from Australia Post that the parcel is deemed 'lost'.
Once an item has been marked as delivered by Australia Post, it is no longer our responsibility if the parcel is lost or stolen.

We are currently only shipping to Australia and New Zealand.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE is with Australia Post and delivery time varies between each country.
PLEASE ALLOW FOR POSSIBLE CUSTOMS DELAYS.

We have no control over the length of time your order will be held at customs for clearance and suggest that you contact them directly for further information. We mark all packages for overseas delivery with contents and order value marked accordingly.
