They do not include weekends or public holidays.

We have done our best to advise of the current delivery times that are estimated by Australia Post.
With their constantly changing Covid restrictions and high parcel volumes, further delivery delays by Australia Post are possible and out of our control. 

Estimated time frames do not include manufacturing time.

 is NOT Express Service but your delivery date will be earlier than choosing standard postage.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE is with Australia Post and delivery time varies between each country.

*All import and export costs are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over the length of time your order will be held at customs for clearance and suggest that you contact them directly for further information. We mark all packages for overseas delivery with contents and order value marked accordingly.

Where additional orders are placed within 2 weeks of each other we may combine orders into one parcel and send by the fastest option to the value of the postage you have paid. (e.g. 2 orders with standard postage may equal being able to send by express post).
